About Shop Mylar Bags
We print flexible packaging for UK brands that sell by the pouch: coffee roasters, tea blenders, snack and confectionery makers, supplement companies, pet treat bakers and bath and body brands.
What we do
One job, done carefully: printed pouches and foil bags made to a brand's fill weight, with the laminate, closure and finish chosen for the product inside. We quote in writing, proof for free, print in 4–6 business days and deliver tracked across the UK.
We do not run a checkout because a pouch order has too many decisions for a basket. Someone reads your brief, asks the questions a form cannot, and sends a price that already has the right answers in it.
How we work with you
- You send the product, the fill weight and the quantity.
- We recommend a style, laminate and size and quote it.
- Our designers draw the dieline and send a free proof.
- You approve the proof, we print and convert the pouches.
- Tracked delivery to your UK address, with a 10-day window to report any problem.
What we will not do
- Invent a certification or a claim we cannot show you in writing.
- Print a pouch without a proof you have approved.
- Quote a price we will not honour for the specification described.
- Deliver outside the UK.

Do you work with small brands?
Yes. Digital print makes short runs practical, and most of our customers are independent roasters, bakers, makers and growing food brands.
Do you work with larger food businesses?
Yes. Plate print and higher volumes are quoted the same way, with the same proof and the same delivery terms.
Why is every order quoted rather than priced online?
Because size, laminate, closure, print and quantity all move the price. A written quote shows the real figure for your pouch rather than a guess.
Do you sell stock pouches?
Every order is made to your specification. We do not hold a warehouse of blank pouches, which keeps our focus on printed work.
Who designs the proof?
Our in-house design team. They know where seals, zippers and gussets fall, which is why the proof is free: it saves reprints.
How do you handle my artwork?
Files are used only for your proof and order. They are not shared or reused, and our privacy policy explains how long we keep them.
Can you match my existing packaging?
Usually. Send a photo of the current pouch and the Pantone or CMYK references if you have them, and the proof is matched as closely as the laminate allows.
Do you print other packaging?
No. This site covers pouches and flexible bags only.
Where are my pouches delivered from?
Orders are despatched as tracked parcels to UK addresses. Tracking is sent by email when the order ships.
How do I know the pouch will work on my filling line?
Tell us how you fill and seal, by hand or on a machine, and the quote states the opening, seal width and film that suit it. A plain sample can be sent for testing.
