What logo file works best here?
A PNG with a transparent background shows cleanly on the photo. For the proof itself a vector PDF, AI or SVG gives the sharpest print.
Can I change the pouch colour?
Yes. The colour swatches wash the bag in the photo with a new colour so you can see black, kraft, cobalt, green, burgundy, silver or white before the proof.
Can I move and resize the logo?
Yes. Drag it on the photo, use the size slider, or use the arrow keys. The Centre button puts it back in the middle.
What if my design has more than a logo?
Send the full artwork with the form, or describe it in the notes. The designers lay out the front, back and gusset for you.
Does the finish show in the picture?
The finish is recorded with your request rather than shown in the picture. The proof describes it and we can send a photo of a sample pouch in that finish.
Will I get a proof before I pay anything?
Yes. The proof is free and nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.
Can I design more than one pouch?
Send one request per pouch, or describe the range in the notes. The designers match the layouts across sizes and flavours.
How long does the proof take?
Normally one business day after we receive the request. Complex layouts with several panels can take a little longer.
Do I own the design?
Yes. Artwork you supply stays yours, and the proof we create for your order is yours to keep.
Can you help if I have no logo yet?
Yes. Describe the brand and the product in the notes and the designers suggest a simple type-led layout as part of the free proof.
