Free tracked delivery to any UK address on every order. Production takes 4–6 business days after you approve the proof, then transit takes 2–3 business days.

What to check on arrival
- Count the cartons against the despatch email.
- Open one carton and check the print, the closure and the size against the proof.
- Photograph any damage to the cartons before unpacking further.
- Report misprints or damage within 10 days with photos.

Which addresses count as UK?
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to any other country.
Can you deliver to a co-packer or a different address?
Yes. Give the delivery address on the order and we send the tracking to you as the buyer.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes. Many small brands fill pouches at home or in a shared kitchen, and the parcel is tracked to the door.
How will I know when the order has shipped?
A despatch email with the tracking number goes out on the day the order leaves production.
How are pouches packed for delivery?
Flat, in bundles, inside cartons sized to the order. Large orders ship as several cartons under one tracking reference.
Can I pick a delivery date?
Tell us the date you need the pouches by on the order and we plan production to meet it where the timeline allows. We do not offer timed deliveries.
What if nobody is in?
The carrier follows its own redelivery or collection process, which is shown on the tracking page.
Can I split one order across two addresses?
Yes, within the UK. Tell us the split by quantity and we pack and track each address separately.
What if the parcel is lost?
Contact us with the tracking reference. We chase it and, if it is confirmed lost, reprint the order.
Does production time change for large orders?
Most orders stay within 4–6 business days. A very large run or a plate-printed order with new plates may need longer, and the quote says so before you confirm.
