We use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages and the forms, calls and messages that start from the site, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used through aggregated heatmaps and session replays. Both set cookies or similar identifiers and process data under their own privacy terms. Form fields are masked in session replays. The ZeeOps chat widget, if you open it, stores a session identifier so your conversation continues across pages. You can block cookies in your browser; the site and the forms still work without them.
Enquiries, quotes and artwork are kept for 24 months from the last contact so a repeat order can use the same proof, then deleted. Order records are kept for six years to meet accounting rules. Analytics data is retained for the period set in each service, currently up to 26 months for Google Analytics.
Our email provider, our hosting provider, the production partners who print and convert your pouches, the delivery carrier that needs your address, and the analytics and chat providers named above. We never sell personal data and we never use your artwork for anything but your order.
