Can I send artwork by WhatsApp?
Yes, for a first look. For the proof, email the full-resolution files or attach them to a form on this site.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
No. We work by phone, email and WhatsApp, and we send physical samples when they help.
Who replies to my message?
A packaging specialist who handles pouch orders, not a call centre. The same person follows your order through to delivery.
Can you call me back?
Yes. Leave your number and a good time in any form and we will call.
How do I chase an order?
Reply to your quote or proof email, or message us on WhatsApp with the order reference, and we send the current status and tracking.
Do you answer technical questions about films?
Yes. Ask about barrier, seal temperatures, valve types or window films and we answer in plain terms, with a sample if needed.
Can I email a list of several products?
Yes. Send the list with fill weights and quantities and we quote each line in one document.
Is WhatsApp the quickest route?
For a short question, yes. For a full brief with files, the long form at the bottom of any page keeps everything together.
What if I need to change an order after approval?
Contact us straight away. Before production starts we can usually change it; once film is printed a change means a new run.
Do you take orders from outside the UK?
No. We supply UK businesses and deliver to UK addresses only.
