Reprints and Refunds
If your pouches arrive misprinted or damaged, tell us within 10 days with photos. We reprint the order or refund it.
How to report a problem
- Email info@shopmylarbags.co.uk or reply to your order email within 10 days of delivery.
- Attach photos of the problem and of the carton label.
- Tell us how many pouches are affected.
- We confirm the fix, a reprint or a refund, within one business day.

Do I have to send the pouches back?
Usually not. Photos are enough for most problems. If we need a sample to test a seal, we ask for a few pouches and cover the postage.
Can I choose a refund instead of a reprint?
Yes, when the problem is covered. Tell us which you prefer when you report it.
What if only part of the order is damaged?
We reprint or refund the affected quantity, not the whole order, unless the damage makes the order unusable.
How quickly does a reprint happen?
It goes to the front of the production queue, so normally within the standard 4–6 business days plus tracked delivery.
What if I approved a proof with a mistake in it?
The proof is the agreed artwork, so a reprint is charged. Check names, weights, barcodes and allergen text carefully before approving.
Is colour guaranteed to match my screen?
No screen matches print exactly. We match Pantone or CMYK references as closely as the laminate allows and discuss any limits at the proof stage.
Can I cancel an order?
Before production starts, yes, at no cost. Once film is printed the order cannot be cancelled because it is made to your artwork.
Do you refund delivery?
Delivery is free, so there is nothing to refund on that line. Refunds cover the price of the affected pouches.
How is a refund paid?
By the method you paid with, within five business days of agreeing it.
