How fast is the quote?
Within one business day. Most quotes go out within a few hours during UK office hours.
Is the quote a fixed price?
Yes, for the specification it describes. If you change the size, laminate, closure or quantity we send an updated quote before anything is printed.
Does the quote include delivery?
Yes. Free tracked delivery to any UK address is included in every written quote.
Can I get prices for several quantities at once?
Yes. Ask for a price ladder, for example 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 units, and we quote each line.
Will you tell me which pouch I should use?
Yes. If you are not sure, describe the product and the shelf life you need and the quote will recommend a style, laminate and size.
Do I pay anything to get a proof?
No. The design proof is free, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I quote and order plain pouches with no print?
Yes. Plain foil bags, sachets and stand up pouches are quoted the same way; choose Plain, no print on the form.
Do you quote for samples?
Ask on the form. We can often quote a small printed run so you can test the pouch on your filling line before a larger order.
How do I accept a quote?
Reply to the quote email to confirm. We then send the proof, and production starts when you approve it.
